Yes, you can reschedule the session once -  free of charge, if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
If you request a reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the session cost will be retained, as the time has already been reserved for individual work

Before the session, please make sure your microphone is working properly and that Zoom, Teams, or TeamViewer is set up.Prepare your questions, hands, or in-game situations that you’d like to review or that raise doubts

Payment is made online using a Visa or MasterCard through an international payment service.

If you can’t attend your session, just let us know in advance. You can reschedule once without losing your payment if you notify us at least 24 hours before the start. If you reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the session cost will be charged

When you purchase a single individual session, feedback is provided during the online lesson itself. If you purchase one of the training packages, you get personal chat support for the entire duration of the program

Yes, after each online session you’ll receive a recording of your training. It’s convenient, you can rewatch the material anytime, review key points, and revisit important hands
